Support is provided by the iisii software office in Austria in close cooperation with our offshore development center in India. Support is covered by a mandatory support and maintenance agreement. Support is available 12x7, for urgent calls we guarantee a response time of 24 hours. All non-urgent service calls are dealt with within 48 hours.

Support includes bug fixes, customization, adaptations and  any version updates of the software when they become available. New releases are distributed on CD-ROM, as patches via Email or as FTP download. There is never a  fee for upgrading to the latest version.

Our aim is to offer a support package that the industry has not seen before. We allocate a project manager to each installation project who deals with everything from network cabling, hardware sourcing and purchasing, pre-installation and system testing ashore, onboard installation, system configuration, training of users, customizing and fine-tuning and bug-fixing in close cooperation with our offshore development center.
